>>Bob Woodward if you want to really understand how Clinton became the biggest supporter of a balanced budget since Dwight Eisenhower.

LOL. Forget the "semi", you are an illiterate, and a fool.

btw, I admit to one mistake when I stated:

"IN fact, economic growth under Clinton slowed markedly from the Reagan years, from an average of 4.3% to 3.7%."

It should have been 4.5% under Reagan and 3.7% under the Clinton regime.

Previously you posted: In 1993 the Congress passed the
Balanced Budget Act, NOT ONE REPUBLICAN voted for it

WRONG, Again

143.231.123.93

On Balanced Budget act:

YEAS NAYS PRES NV
REPUBLICAN 172 1 3
DEMOCRATIC 99 151 7
INDEPENDENT 1
TOTALS 271 153 10

The republicans did not vote for the democratic budget,
(BUDGET RECONCILIATION ACT OF 1993) which was not a
balanced budget. +200 Billion was the deficit for that
year.

Again you post false information. Why should any of your
posts be considered credible ?

Here is a link that documents the 1993 budget effects on
the economy. But dont go there, your illusions will be
shattered.
