That sounds about right. As most rats are in buy range are way under $5, you can't use margin, so that is probably why most get quick spikes and then fall back into a range. I'm trying to stay within those that show rev/profit/growth. etc and selling below or at book ---- Look at the fundies on FTEC, talk about mis-priced.
