Mark,

I'm a little more concerned about the lack of numbers. This is a company with a finite amount of cash left in the till, and I am anxious to see that any financing is done opportunistically, i.e. when the stock price is high and dilution is low. The alternative of doing a financing because cash is required for continuing operations leaves DMX in a bad negotiating position. High stock prices are helped along by a chain of good, hopefully supporting some sort of price momentum. However, that's not what we have today.

I definitely would have preferred to know what the upfront and milestone payments are/will be, those figures will come out in the financial statements eventually (though I can understand keeping the exact royalty under wraps). This has got to be why the market kicked the crap of the stock today.

I'm having a hard time thinking of another stock that got beat up so badly after releasing important, and positive, news.

These geniuses just cannot manage the stock with any degree of sophistication. I could scream!!!
