Of all the SSRI's, prozac is thought to be the most likely to tip you over into mania. -g-

Serotonin is a strange neurotransmitter. In primates, the highest levels are seen in the "silverback" males, the alpha males, etc... It's more than just happiness that it brings, if thats what it is at all.

The more widespread drug used by people in the market I suspect is cocaine, although I hear that they're fond of XTC on the porch.
