Do u have the slitest inkling of anything in this industy? And who is a manufacturer for example of one of those garden variety Taiwanese chipsets in a Dell machine? I don't know...or actually care...what point you're trying to make here. I haven't looked inside a Dell machine for 6 or 7 years. Are you saying Dell just use Intel chipsets or somebody else's? So excuse me for such a grievous error. Who cares. Does it have anything whatever to do with the point I was making? For "Dell" read "some american boxmaker who uses taiwanese motherboards with Via or Sis chipsets on them." Maybe you should just go back & re-read my post. Never mind, don't bother to answer. --QS
