Yes, I knew McTeer was a more a "new economy-we can grow at a faster rate without inflation" guy....but I would find it totally IRRESPONSIBLE if (1) he said such a thing, representing the Fed (but the entire Fed did not see the issue the same way) OR (2) if CNBC screwed up in its reporting....I s'pose either is possible...

Hey, if the BTK gives a CLASS 1 BUY SIGNAL HERE.....and if Csco is looking good for a short pop...I would think some would be encouraged to buy the Naz here...that's 2 pretty nice drivers..

Bond market guy-SSB on the tube saying there's a belief in the bond pits that if stocks don't respond more positively here, AG will cut rates even further before the end of Jan. meeting.....interesting....

Wow, Naz making a run here...hope its not just short covering...I would think that comes later...
