Bingo! In a lawsuit, the facts are what matter, not "motives" or one's subjective opinion about motives. NOTHING justifies Clinton's perjury, submitting false affidavits and otherwise obstructing justice in any civil or criminal matter. His duty to scrupulously adhere to the rules is heightened by his status as POTUS and as a lawyer and officer of the Courts. I was going to try to explain this to Patty but I didn't feel like drawing all the little pictures so she would get it. JLA
