On AOL6 deep impact. In going through my never ending saga on not being able to hook up to the net now except thru aol @ work (I deleted AOL (my norton clean sweep uninstall) again and then went through and deleted all the TCP/IP and dial up adapters (what fun and thanks for your post cause I didn't look @ the network configurations) and then changed my explorer default.

I downloaded MSN software, installed it and still ran into the problem of PPP_NO_ Protocols_Configured. So I still can't hook onto the net due to a configuration issue with my internal office network.

From seeing the stuff aol did by adding the dial up adapters / tcp/ip configuration to my network configuration I think this is what allows me to hook up thru aol while I can't with SNET or MSN.

We'll tomorrow I hook up with SNET @ home (I may have 3 ISPs at once, ouch) and try on Monday to see if they can help me.

Thanks again for your help.

Tim
