Boy, that Gov Davis has made a huge mess out in California with the energy situation. Why is it that Dems can never provide competent leadership? They love to claim credit when things are going smoothly but they never provide any leadership when things get rough, they just seek to protect the special interest groups that run their corrupt party. Even with Wall Street providing adult supervison for Davis, he refuses to act in any way that would resolve the crisis. Now the legislature must act to fill his void. Look what that political animal is proposing: ...His proposal, for example, that new plants only sell their output in California isn't possible given that the state's electric grid is interconnected with 10 other states, Canada and Mexico. What's more, interstate-commerce law forbids the state from preventing companies from selling to other state markets.
