I see you are still claiming that by 7-2 vote, the USSC ruled the recounts unconstitutional. Of course, the vote was 5-4 on all issues, with 2 in the dissent discussing the EP only because the Court took the case in the first place. Get out of your dream world - it was a 5-4 decision - no part of it was 7-2. And Justice Kennedy implying in the per curium opinion that 7 justices agreed on the EP problem was just his way of making himself feel better, much like Judas did in the New Testament -- when he tried to justify his betrayal of Jesus after the fact by saying that it really wasn't as bad as it seemed. Right . . . .
