I just wish I had the balls to short this thing when it was at $7. I can't think of too many reasons why the company wouldn't want to be on the Nasdaq - except for a larger exposure to shareholder suits if this "last mile" BS isn't everything that they have tried to spin it as. 2 cents from watching this board for the last couple of months.
