Congrads on the new thread......

I am busy lining up sponsors for the resumed NAZWAG contest.....but there is some concern that the host wins too often....we'll have to remedy that one soon!

And BTW, it was not perfectly obvious to me that Pets.com would fail....that is still a very sad event for me.... :-(

Goleta if you want to move just north of SB, Up San Marcos might be more your taste though.

Of course, if you got the BUCKS.....Monticeto is the place you 'ought to be.........

If you have the choice between Ventura and SB, dis Ventura.....little more expensive, but only 25 more miles on a commute and worth it IMO...view , culture, cool, way cool!
