you should really read his monetary report very carefully...note the story about the FF rate dropping as low as 2% on the late Dec. pump priming excess, with records altered at a later stage. as the surprise cut indicated, they're busy bailing out their bankster buddies left and right.... piraz.com here's hoping they'll get their comeuppance this time.
