smh,

Thanks for the correction. Can't seem to keep certain things in mind these days. Have to take my own advice and read the S-1 again. My take was the Board had a little time to go shopping for a better offer if PKI's was felt inadequate, but I can't remember the details, and at this point, question my memory of the gist. Since it appears it really is going to be an issue this week, I will do the reread soon.

Anyone else on the Thread interested in taking a look with us? We could use a third head (considering that mine seems to count as only half a head on this one) to make sure we're reading it all right, though I think smh has it. 35% premiums ain't chump change, these days. Most of the relevant verbiage from the S-1 has been posted on the GNSL thread, but maybe not all of it. Could be profitable digging, if not for the Trickle Portfolio itself, than for its followers. And that is mostly what the Trickle Portfolio is for.

Cheers, Tuck

smh,

Have you seen this? GNSL trying to prop itself up:

biz.yahoo.com

Was good for a whole point for a brief moment. Trickle hopes it can stay independent, but Trickle is biased because of its average cost. Reckon there may be action after hours, given the time of the presentation by the CEO.

Cheers, Tuck
