I went to visit my cousin in Venice Beach, she lives 6 blks from the beach in a tiny little home, if her home was around me which still is a expensive area, it would be worth around 90,000 or 100,000. It really is a little shack, cute but 900sq. feet and in dire need of a face lift. She bot it a few years ago when they had the earthquake scare for 325,000. now worth over 500,000. Crazy out there.
