Chip, there are some issues that have to do with physics that will probably present a problem. I am technical enough to know that there are issues, but not technical enough to explain them well. Coincidentally, I brought this up as a discussion item on the "Last Mile" thread earlier today. I recommend bookmarking that thread to get a comprehensive answer. There are some very intelligent people posting there. Also you should check out Frank Coluccio's thread for these types of discussions. Many of the same people as the Last Mile thread and a very high concentration of really bright people.
