Not according to Pricewatch, which has RDRAM 800 at $1.20 per MB. And that doesn't tell ya what Dell is paying either. At this pace, it seems likely that RDRAM will be cheaper than DDR by year end.

Hi all; Weekly update on PC800/PC133 price ratio (data from smsperling). The ratio has been steady at around 5x for the last month. I'll likely add DDR1600 or DDR2100 in two weeks, if the series starts to look at all interesting. (Currently DDR prices don't change enough to bother with.) Also a new low in DDR prices now has DDR priced lower on PriceWatch than RDRAM in all three categories: 64, 128, and 256MB.
