I don't remember those spots with Meg and Keanu. Give me a hint.

I do remember the "Randy of the Redwoods" spots. Those were classic.

I dated a girl in the mid 80's (been a while since I dated girls -g-) who had many addictions. MTV was at the top of her list. I guess I just tired of it being on all the time. I am a real music lover and play everyday, but I can only take hearing the same statement over and over for so long.

While fast forwarding the commercials during Tom Green's show last week I did catch one commercial. They repeated the phrase, "has anyone been killed doing this" five times in rapid fire. Has MTV done research and repeating a phrase five times improves the retention? Maybe this helps those that have taken a lot of XTC -g-
