Having selected parts news and sec filing. It looks like the ultimate parent is 1st Miracle Group Inc. but who knows for sure? Is Van Damme still in the picture?

Miracle Entertainment president and chief operating officer Richard Abramson has ankled the financing/production company he launched with partners Martin Landau and Tony Cataldo just six months ago.

Miracle Films co-presidents Neil Sacker, who also serves as Miracle Entertainment exec VP, and Gregg Hoffman will now report to Miracle Entertainment CEO/chairman Cataldo.
