There's no way of knowing whether it was really the insiders selling or others selling because of end of lock-up. I bought yesterday.

Joel, Yes, I did comment on it earlier, but I'll summarize my viewpoint here. Many of the original investors were Dot.Com cos. or execs who are now cash poor. Their sales were not indicative of their lack of confidence in Divine as much as their inability to meet their Porsche payments after their cos. cratered.

Investors like MSFT are unlikely to sell a stock holding $2.25 in cash for a little over $1 per share. These guys have the shares to force a dissolution of the co. if they so desired, where they would get much more money than the market price just from the cash horde. They have not done that. Yet. But to sell at such a discount would be silly for those who still have deep pockets. For the needy, any cash is good cash.
