I was referring only to the voice side of the telco which has been always subsidized by overcharging businesses (leased lines LL) and International calls.

Now that International calls revenues are dropping and LL is also being forced to drop, pretty soon voice has to pay for itself. Then would be a different story. This is the point in which wireless steps in.
