stomper I agree, things are going to turn, when?? who knows, but you have start buying sometime.
I looked at the SOXX chart last night, it's starting to turn up, to curve up, and had a low weeks ago.
The Nasdaq needs the semi's to turn up, if they do turn up, they will drive the Nasdaq up, IMO.
But, I also think we need another rate cut.
Smart money will likely buy before the second cut is in, IMO.
I'm going to start looking hard at some semi's.

Dave, Everything seems to point for a run after the second rate cut. 1998 did it like Dale said. It seems much of the news now is after hours so intraday not offering much unless sympathy plays working like for ITWO.
