I watched more than one reasonably seasoned and astute investor, who couldn't justify the AMZN business plan, get caught up in a short to financial ruin. Ultimately they may well be right but their portfolios didn't survive to see it.

They should have been using options in their shorting strategy.

Sold into AM strength. . . now out of yesterdays swing trades ahead of the EOD spurt. . . .waiting mostly on the sidelines for a later day dump. . . may short a few that look toppy.
