Sounds like a tire company I was involved in a while back always great news but the stock kept going down. All of a sudden the owner hires all is relatives and then he leaves and the company is gone. So is all the Stockholders' money.

I contacted the IR department and asked them why the company was not named. Here was their response:

"The deal is complete and this particular customer continues to order from us. We had some difficulty getting approvals for a press release so we issued a "generic" news  type release.  Once we go through all the approvals at the company we will be able to publish more news on this customer."
