henry, if you had variable rate financing at 1mo libor plus 1.50%, how would you approach locking in a rate as in a home equity loan? since rates are declining, at some point, it may be a time to lock in rates?

Henry, Can you or anyone on this thread point me to documentation that shows the Euro is backed by gold at a 15% basis or any other basis, or information that states it is merely another unbacked currency.
