OK, I'll try to jump start this. How about the genomics companies with an excessive reliance on their patent estate? CRA and HGSI (which I've seen mentioned on Auric's thread) come to mind. INCY, by comparison, uses its IP differently, and seems a screaming bargain to me now. Various SNP companies seem like plausible candidates. No clear winner in that space. Any obvious losers that haven't already been priced as such?

Maybe CALP? WAT? And CLPA has recovered somewhat to 6. Could be good for a 40% reversal.
