Lorne posted a bit of news, not simply his views. I callled you a low life short because you (at that point) would not declare position. all of of should be able to back up our statements & be willing to demonstrate that we vote our pocketbooks - either direction.

Hi Richard. I guess I too believe that gold will go lower however that is not what I wish for as I stand to make a fair chunk of change with a higher gold price. I do not have a whole lot of trouble believing that the price of gold is being manipulated by the powers that be just as everything else it seems is manipulated to keep things running smooth, Currencies, stocks, interest rates etc. I posted a couple of weeks ago that I saw no reason why the price of gold could not be manipulated down with a weaker dollar that is if the price of gold is manipulated. Maybe I should use the word maintained in place of manipulated. If the price of gold is manipulated I would think that the manipulators would go all out to prove to the world that there is no alternative to the US$. Does seem a bit odd though that you are buying when you think the price is going lower but in any case hope you make money cuz so will I. >>>> Interesting that you have had this posted for 2 1/2 hours and you haven't been called a low-life short? <LOL> <<< Might be a low-life but not short.
