thx. my assumption? the same crooks found a new shell to hype/dump, and are still around, looking for the next bunch of fools. oh how times have passed; don't we all learn at one point... do we ever fully learn at any point?

Frick and all;

Oilex stock valuation is apparently zero according to your phone call . This is important for tax loss purposes. Is it verifiably totally worthless by some valuation service (such as CCH inc.), and if so, in what year did it become worthless? My brokers statement indicates a zero valuation in Feb. 2000, but this is apparently is not really proof for the IRS. Thanks in advance.
