I was not referring to the shorting portion of the case. I also did not infer fiero did anything wrong. Reffering to the "ripping off the thieves" part of what you cut and pasted, that was merely a reference to the fact of yesterdays ruling. I in no way said I believe that ruling to be accurate or just. I was interperting that NASDR was saying that fiero was "ripping off the thieves" since they fined him and the law put the the supposed "victims" of fiero in jail. Irony at its best
