WJ, (PLCO) is moving back UP with about a 100% Gain over the last week and HIGH Volume. I averaged down to .14 cents on my last position when PLCO fell below .10 cents.
It looks like PLCO could get back over .20 soon and trading above .20 might bring some interest in the stock.
What I wonder is WHO is doing all the buying as of late??
