Well that's one of the things that differentiates us as investors; our respective time horizons. Being a long term investor (oops I said "long term") I'm inclined to think that the time to buy is now and has been over the last couple months. The last time I really thought it was time to sell was Q1 2000, but I didn't stick to my plan of selling tech and buying value enough to make it work big. But I stuck to it enough to survive, and that is a blessing considering the outcome of the whole year. Nobody gave a damn about banks, insurers, or dividend yielders back in Q1 2000. My ideas were falling on deaf ears back then. But KEY, BPOP, MO, NTRS, CNC and APU were lifesavers for me for 2000.

Best of luck to U 2
