I see where Bush is backing off on his campaign promises for the military before he is even inaugurated. I think there is a very good chance that he will fold up in a few months. Cheney's not going to be able to help him much and still remain on constant vigil for tie votes in the Senate. I would guess that Tom Delay of the House would then take up the power vaccum and there would be a rootin'-tootin' fiasco with no bills or budgets passed until 2002. Dashell (Dem S.D.) could appear as the voice of reason. TP
