If P4 is in 50% of computers by year end, Intel unit volumes will be down by at least 50% from 2000. There are just not enough fabs to produce CPU that is 3 times larger than PIII.

If Intel's unit volumes are down 50%, RMBS may make big royalties but tech stocks will be basket cases.

Ford and GM are already down 25% in production vs 1Q00 for cars.
