Do you think the Boy Scouts should be forced to admit gays? I do not believe that they should be forced, but I believe that they should of their own volition. Do you think Eminem's lyrics should be allowed to be played on broadcast TV or the radio? Tough call. There are actually some first amendment issues with this one since the FCC is involved. It would be akin to the question of putting up a pornographic billboard. Does the right to express oneself outweigh the right of another to not be subjected to that expression. Since broadcast TV (not talking cable here) and radio are public airwaves, the recipients rights have to come into play. This one is in a gray area for me. I'll have to ponder some more.
