At least get your facts straight. Roe v. Wade was a 7-2 decision - a REAL 7-2 decision. That is to say, only two justices dissented.

Apparently, in cases in which the Supreme Court appoints a GOP candidate to be President after he loses in the national vote and appears headed for a loss in a recount, any time a dissenting judge expresses any degree of agreement with any part of the majority opinion, he is deemed to be concurring in the core holding. This special SCOTUS vote counting rule is a direct corollary to the vote counting rules which were employed to make people believe that the appointee had received more votes in the contested state in the first place -- i.e., votes which agree with the GOP view are given greater weight than votes that disagree with the GOP view. Right?
