tuck, a follow up. Things are clean for now it seems. From recent 10K: Although no third party has asserted that Valentis is infringing such third party's patent rights or other intellectual property, there can be no assurance that litigation asserting such claims will not be initiated, that Valentis would prevail in any such litigation, or that Valentis would be able to obtain any necessary licenses on reasonable terms, if at all.
