I have a friend is an ex sec prosecutor, and now a securities attourney. Every Time I see him I ask why there have been no lawsuits by client's of the big brokerages. If that isnt obusing fidiciary responcibility I dont know what is.

The intelligent quotient has steadily declined over the last 30 years within the US. Art isn't imitating life, the
media always plays to its bottomline. Society today requires instant gratification, read a 10k, what's that?
Once Slick realized that the public could be so easily manipulated by the media, the wheels were set in motion
for the fleecing of America's middle-class wealth, at least for those who bought into the "new era, earnings in 5-7 years b/s.

As always your posts are half true 3/4 B.S:

ButMorgan moved BOST to a BUY at $10 and a neutral at $3
when warned and missed #'s.
And they were one of my best shorts. :o)
