I wish some of these folks would look at:
- the implied royalties implicit in RMBS' most recent SEC filings (they settled, but it sure looks like they settled for peanuts,..... and if not, then why the decision not to make the settlement numbers public). Most in the game hint at royalties that are significanly lower than the legal costs to fight the court case,..... i.e., insignificnat.
- The Intel divorce. I can't understand why investors continue to believe that there is a close and loving relationship when Intel has publicly made it clear that tieing their road map to RMBS "was a mistake".
- The whole PC situation has deteriorated so badly that no participants, especially those in the brutal memory end of the game, can possibly make profits.
