Timba,

My favorite site for SEC filings is Free Edgar. freeedgar.com It doesn't cost anything and you can also register for free to get email alerts on new filings for the companies you follow. There's been more than a few times when getting the filings quickly got me out of a position while the profits were still on the table. There's also a lot of good reference information on the site that explains what the different filings are for and quite a bit about securities regulations.

This is a good site for checking insider trades and institutional holdings. insidertrader.com The free information comes out later than it does for the pay service, but the free service is good enough for most purposes.

So, how's the list doing?
