would anyone have any suggestions or recipes that would freeze well?

This is an easy one for me.
It's the one thing that I'm good at making.

Here's the recipe:

1. Take one plastic partitioned ice cube tray.
2. Fill to the top with water.
3. Insert into freezer section of the fridge.
(I've found this section works much better than the butter dish compartment and the vegetable crisper...)
4. Let it bake for 2 hours or so.
5. Serve in your favorite chilled cocktails or on those hot days, chop in a blender to a slushy consistancy while adding tequila and margarita mix.

Hope this helps.

Actually, I'm sure my wife has a lot of better recipes.
Stay tuned.
She makes an excellent lazagna.
However, I've found that frozen lazagna doesn't work quite as well as ice cubes when making a margarita...

Leggs:

Hire a personal chef to make you meals. They will have freezer quality items.
That is my next goal now that I have the personal trainer.
