that tells you how idiotic the market is. But things
eventually correct themselves, although the process is
often taxing to little shareholders like us who are
patiently waiting...

Briefing has AUDC downgraded twice today... ML seems like
a repeat of their previous downgrade. Prudential might be
a new one (don't remember it).

AudioCodes Ltd. Announces Authorization Of Stock Repurchase Program
YEHUD, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 10, 2001--AudioCodes (Nasdaq:AUDC - news) today announced that its Board of Directors had approved a program to repurchase up to two million of its Ordinary Shares, NIS 0.01 nominal (par) value. The purchases will be made from time-to-time at the discretion of management in open market or privately negotiated transactions. Such purchases would be subject, among other things, to the share price and market conditions and will be made in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
