eddie thanks for the comments. my postings after midnight are not as clear as those in the daylight. being an accountant i am just eager to get the actual reserves for the merger to run my own forecasts. btw i have been in and out (long) mattson since ipo.

Are you an accountant? You should be. Thanks for your detailed information. Would you care to asses if ALSC is any good (Sorry for OT. If you get chance)? They have 1 billion of securities. cash is very high aswell. If NAS does take off during 01 it should be like good base.
