Well Gustave,

As many of us right-wing kooks predicted, the NATO
war on Yugoslavia would end NATO. It sure is looking
like we were right. As for isolationism, us Reagan
Republicans are not actually isolationists, but
rather, we believe in the "Powell Doctrine" which
sees war as the politics of last option. Again, the
failure of Clintons numerous "interventions" was a
case of "too little, too late" over and over again.

Don't get us wrong like Saddam, we will go in but
only if all else fails, and only with more than
enough of a mandate from the American people and
with enough resources to do the job.
