Looks like JNPR downgrade is working...so far but CIBC also just bumped it up a notch too today. got some BEAS short on that covering premarket bounce @52+ took some RBAK at $35...we'll see. funny territory we're in here as the promise of the fed rate drop approaches . Seems the bogeyman is priced into many and they are shrugging off rapidly any downgrades that are coming out now. many downgrades which come out so rediculously long after the stock has fallen.
