Mike, I'm not sure if that is material or not. One would
wonder if they were having a balance sheet crunch of
sorts.

Briefing.com has EGRP on it's list of top 10 stocks that
could be take-overs candidates this year, and that may
be part of the situation.

i think this is std boilerplate required by SEC.
you probably elected to have etrade send you electronic stmts. i thot they were supposed to give you a paper copy of their "Statement of Financial Condition".
if you look at the paper versions your other brokers send you, there is probably similar language.
not sure why they call out this particular para separately.
