The Phoenix, The curse of LU in the news for CSCO today. A downgrade for CSCO, upgrade for LU and Carly Fiorina appointed to the board of CSCO all in one day. the odds of that ever happening had to be low. I would take the word of Chambers over a dart thrower from CIBC. tp
