michael, RE: Is he restricted in any way by law in what he can or cannot say? Given that anyone who wants to listen can listen, there are no legal restrictions at all regarding what Chambers can say. Regardless of ones stance on a particular stock, i think we all believe that the analysts analysis is a cover for a larger agenda and a sham as well. No, we cannot agree on that. While there are certainly analysts that have alternative agendas regarding their recommendations, usually an analyst's opinion on a stock is indicative of where the analyst honestly believes the stock is headed.
