The key point is that this law does not say will, shall, or must and then we have the mild distinction between may and can. As I explained, in the wording of this law harbor conveys the meaning of shelter for the purpose of concealment or hiding from the Ins. The interpretation of what Chavez did where all evidence and the statements of all involved are considered, was to help a person in need and Ms Chavez did not in any way hide or conceal. It is clear that any person acting as MS Chavez did could not get prison. No law was violated in letter or spirit. This of course assumes that honest individuals are reading and understanding the law. Bill Clinton, Al Gore, Joe Liberman and many who post on this thread could and sadly I believe would find Ms Chavez a criminal. I've come to the conclusion that there is nothing more dangerous in The World than the The Believers of nothing other than there own relative belief for this five minutes.
