CLASS: COMMON SHARES OWNED: 8,872,968 PERCENT OF CLASS: 2.076% WASHINGTON (FFBN)--FMR Corp. (X.FIN) lowered its holdings in Exodus Communications Inc. (EXDS) to a 2.076% stake, according to an amended Schedule 13G filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. As of Dec. 31, FMR beneficially owned 8,872,968 Exodus Communications common shares. As of April 30, FMR reported owning 12,243,438 Exodus Communications shares, a 7.177% stake. Exodus Communications effected a 2-for-1 stock split in June.
