Right click on your chart and select "Trend Tool" with a left mouse click. This should change you mouse into a drawing tool and bring up a menu.

I have the same problem. Six monitors. If the chart is moved to the primary monitor then I can draw trend lines, fibonnaci, use crosshair tool but if that same chart is moved to display on any of the other 5 monitors then I can't do those things. Some of the tools look like they are trying to paint something on the chart but it really doesn't work in the end. So for now I do this sort of thing in my 1 primary monitor when necessary. Graphic cards are Appian Jeronimo Pro 4 port and 2 port cards using their HydraVision desktop and pop-up window management software.
